Chunky, colourful bars and delicate bonbons - with plenty of chocolate to take home :)

Start by learning to design, mould and decorate three delicious bars of chocolate.
In addition to the (organic & ethically sourced) chocolate, there are over FIFTY different ingredients to choose from with which to decorate your bars - see below for the ingredients list.

Moving on to the bonbons, you will next learn how to shell, fill, case and decorate these dainty little creations. Casing is the technique of creating a chocolate shell thin enough that the chocolate breaks easily, yet thick enough to allow a wonderful contrast between the chocolate and the filling.

You will learn how to marble and paint the bonbon shells, with both chocolate and natural colours (oxides). When it comes to fillings, there is such a huge selection on offer. If you wish, you can put a different centre into each bonbon! Once filled, you will then seal them with chocolate....and perhaps even decorate the base, eg. a piece of pistachio or candied fruit. As soon as they have set, you will learn to carefully demould and then decorate your bonbons

There are fifty four different ingredients to choose from:
- Nuts: pistachio, almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts.
- Dried Fruits: aloe vera, banana chips, cherries, strawberries, salted corn, grated coconut, coconut cubes, papaya.
- Spices: allspice, aniseed, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli, cloves, ginger, liquorice, nutmeg
- Seeds: linseed, poppy, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower
- Essential Oils: bergamot, mint, lemon, orange, eucalyptus
- Chocolate buttons & cacao nibs
- Coffee beans & matcha tea
- Andalusian sea salt & Himalayan rock salt

You will be inside the factory for one hour. And then you can relax in our cafe and enjoy a drink or one of our award winning hand-made ice creams whilst the chocolate is setting and is being packaged (which takes around 15-20 minutes).

Each person gets to take home the chocolates they make, in addition to a reusable chocolate mold.  3 Deco Bars and 24 soft-centre bonbons.

Minimum of 2 people are required and if there are any children under the age of 12 it requires a ticket holding adult (who will have an absolute fantastic time and enjoy just as much as the children).
