Due to the fact that our factory space is tiny, along with the subsequent fact that there does exist a minimal RISK OF TRACES both in the environment as well as the ingredients/products themselves, we prefer to err on the side of caution and, therefore, declare potential traces of all eight allergens in ALL of our products as well as our entire production, workshop, retail & café space..

That said, many of our products contain no allergens at all, and only a select number of them actually contain nuts.

If your allergy/intolerance level allows you to be in an environmentconsume products, which may contain traces of the above-mentioned eight allergens.

All Workshop Ingredient Jars are labelled in English and Spanish, and clearly show what allergens (if any) are present in a specific ingredient.

For birthday bookings of the "Chocolatier´s Workshop" or the “Bean to Cup & Bonbon Workshop”, we offer a special "Birthday Cake Surprise".

How it works: book six people, and for an extra 45 Euros, we will convert your workshop into an exclusive workshop.

Right at the very end of the workshop, the birthday girl is surprised with a beautiful double chocolate birthday cake that we have baked for her.

She then receives a mini chocolate-decorating tutorial, which ends up in her getting to decorate her very own birthday cake .

We can then either box the cake up for you to take home, or we can also serve some to you in our café whilst you are waiting for the chocolates from the workshop to fully set and be wrapped for you. As you prefer ;)
