As a Customer Happiness Specialist, what will I be doing?
Your job as a Customer Happiness Specialist is to make people happy! Not just your customers, but also your colleagues, suppliers, associates, etc
Smiling is key, as is paying attention, engaging, explaining, listening and tailor-making interactions and experiences. Whether offering tasters, showing visitors around the chocolate factory, hosting chocolate-making experiences or helping a customer find the ideal gift, your aim as a Customer Happiness Specialist is to find the best possible match between visitor needs and everything on offer at Mayan Monkey Mijas (organic chocolate, chocolate-making workshops, ice cream, baked wares, cacao-based skincare, craft coffee, etc).
You embrace and champion Mayan Monkey Mijas´ Mission, Aims, Objectives and Values, and are "always on" in your endeavour to deliver five-star service to Mayan Monkey Mijas visitors and customers
You are always looking for a win-win outcome, and take delight in transmuting negative feedback in order to resolve problems to mutual benefit.
You work tirelessly to constantly build your product knowledge, whilst honing your engagement & happy-making skills.
